Zusammenfassung:	A session transferring method for mobile multimedia communication is provided to transfer a voice session or a video session into a preset terminal according to a request of a user during multimedia communication, thereby securing the free mobility of the user and providing a call service suitable for various communication desires of the user. A session transferring method for mobile multimedia communication comprises the following steps of: checking subscriber and service information received according to the video session transfer request of a calling terminal to accept video session transfer(302); transmitting the video information of the other terminal to a preset video terminal and receiving the video information of the video terminal(305,306); transmitting a session change request message including the audio information of the other terminal to the calling terminal(307); transmitting a session change request message including the video information of the video terminal to the other terminal(309); and setting sessions to perform a voice call between the other terminal and the calling terminal and perform a video call between the other terminal and the video terminal(311~313).
