APPARATUS FOR SELF-DIAGNOSING OF MEMORY TEST SYSTEM

A self diagnosis apparatus of a memory test system is provided to reduce self diagnosis time of the memory test system, by comprising an additional memory diagnosis part for self-diagnosing an internal memory. According to a self diagnosis apparatus for self-diagnosing an internal memory(7) comprised in a memory test system, a central control part(4) controls self diagnosis of the memory test system. A memory diagnosis part(5) self-diagnoses the internal memory according to a self diagnosis signal of the internal memory inputted from the central control part, and then provides self diagnosis result of the internal memory to the central control part. A logic circuit part(6) writes/reads test data to/from the internal memory according to the control of the memory diagnosis part.
