Zusammenfassung:	A gravitational settling bed for removal of particulate impurities in a nuclear steam generator is provided to remove sludge from a bleed stream of recirculated water and to transfer the bleed stream to a low speed region in a pressure vessel. A gravitational settling bed for removal of particulate impurities in a nuclear steam generator includes a low speed region and a bleed stream transfer device. The low speed region is formed inside a recirculation type steam generator and includes a first separator deck plate(34), an upper plate(124), and a reinforcing outer circumferential ring(122). The upper plate is positioned on the first separator deck plate. The reinforcing outer circumferential ring is adjacent to the first separator deck plate and an outer circumference of the upper plate. The bleed stream transfer device transfers a bleed stream of recirculated water generated in the recirculation type steam generator.
