Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a hollow fibre membrane separation device comprising two flow chambers, of which a first chamber is formed by the capillary tube passages of a hollow fibre bundle cast into a casting compound at its ends, and of which a second chamber is formed by a housing (12) enclosing the fibre bundle, wherein the first chamber is sealed by means of caps which are placed on the casting compounds and have seals extending over the peripheral regions of the casting compounds, and wherein the housing (12) in which the hollow fibre bundle is incorporated is provided at the respective ends of its shell with tooth-like or crenellated projections (22) which are formed by freely terminating axial notches or incisions. According to the invention, the housing (12) comprises, between the tooth-like or crenellated projections (22), prolongations (26) which originate from the latter and extend towards the adjacent tooth-like or crenellated projection.
