Zusammenfassung:An audio data wireless transmission method in a portable terminal and a device therefor are provided to search an empty frequency, and to transmit audio data by using the searched empty frequency, thus a user does not have to directly search the empty frequency. An empty frequency is searched as a user's request signal is inputted(S201). The searched empty frequency is displayed on a display unit(S203-S209). If a wireless transmission request signal of audio data is inputted, the audio data is wirelessly transmitted by using the empty frequency displayed on the display unit(S211,S213). The empty frequency has signal strength which does not interfere with wireless transmission of the audio data.
