Zusammenfassung:	A method for preparing polyether-ester polyols is provided to use recyclable raw materials as base materials, and to produce polyols usable as a component reactive to isocyanate in a polyurethane formulation. A method for preparing polyether-ester polyols includes a step of reacting a starting compound having a zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atom with an alkylene oxide in the presence of a fatty acid ester under an action of a basic catalyst to obtain the polyether-ester polyols. The basic catalyst is amine. The fatty acid ester is used in an amount of 5-85wt% based on the amount of the final product. A fatty acid radical of the fatty acid ester does not contain any free OH group.
