Zusammenfassung:	It is possible to provide a light deflection sheet which can easily be manufactured and has functions of a plurality of conventional sheets satisfying both the luminance and view angle characteristic required for the liquid crystal television. The light deflection sheet includes a sheet-shaped substrate, a first deflection lens sheet having a first lens portion formed on one side of the substrate, a sheet-shaped substrate, and a second deflection lens sheet having a second lens portion formed on one side of the substrate with a flat portion at the tip end. The flat portion of the first deflection lens sheet is bonded to the other side of the substrate of the second deflection lens sheet by a transparent material.
