The housing installs the vibrator therein, forms a filling space(301) filled with a shock wave transmission medium to propagate the shock wave formed by vibration of the piezoelectric ceramic element, and has a shock wave reflection surface(311) to reflect the shock wave propagated through the shock wave transmission medium and converges the reflected shock wave in any position.
