Zusammenfassung:A lower arm connector used for a front suspension for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce its weight by die-casting aluminum on the outer surface of a core material. A lower arm connector used for a front suspension for a vehicle comprises a core material(10) and outer materials(20). The core material is made of metal and provided with the desired number of holes(11), more than one embossments(12), and at least one through-hole(13). The through-holes form on the core material to fasten both upper and lower outer materials to each other by causing the outer material to go into the through-hole in die casting. Aluminum is die-casted on the outer surface of the core material.
