MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BATH LIQUID FOR FUMIGATION, SITZ BATH

A method for preparing a bath liquid for fumigation and hip bath is provided to obtain the liquid which is added to hot water or is used in a hip bathing device to provide fatigue recovery effect, bio-function activation effect, thereby maintaining genital organs and anus hygienically. A method for preparing a bath liquid for fumigation and hip bath comprises the steps of: (a) putting 10kg of cleanly washed Plantago asiatica in 200kg of water and heating it at a temperature of 100-150 deg.C for 48 hours to obtain 100kg of an extract of Plantago asiatica; (b) putting 10kg of cleanly washed Portulaca oleracea in 200kg of water and heating it at a temperature of 100-150 deg.C for 48 hours to obtain 100kg of an extract of Portulaca oleracea; (c) putting 10kg of green tea leaves in 200kg of water and heating it at a temperature of 100-150 deg.C for 48 hours to obtain 100kg of an extract of green tea leaves; (d) after reheating each of the extracts at a temperature of 70-100 deg.C, pressurizing and concentrating for 24 hours to concentrate each of them, mixing 45-48kg of the Plantago asiatica concentrate, 45-48kg of the Portulaca oleracea concentrate and 4-10kg of the green tea leaves concentrate; and (e) after adding 4kg of alum to the mixture obtained from the step(d), agitating and dissolving it at a temperature of 100-120 deg.C for 2 hours.
