Zusammenfassung:	A laser welding apparatus, a method using the same, and an irradiation apparatus are provided to improve the accuracy of laser irradiation by adjusting an irradiation position of an object according to the present position of an irradiating device. A laser welding apparatus comprises a robot(1) and a laser irradiation device(3). The laser irradiation device is installed at the robot to irradiate laser beams. A measurement device(53) measures the present position of the robot. A controller(52) controls the direction of the laser beams irradiated from the laser irradiation device according to the present position of the robot, which is measured by the measurement device, such that the irradiation position of the laser beams coincides with a predetermined irradiation position. The laser irradiation device includes a device for changing the irradiation direction, which performs at least one of reflection and refraction of the laser beams guided to the laser irradiation device.
