Zusammenfassung:	An electric apparatus with a speaker is provided to minimize the phenomenon that a vibration of a speaker is transmitted to a case by increasing vibration attenuation effects. An electric apparatus with a speaker includes a case(10), a speaker(20) coupled to the case, and a vibration attenuating member(30) interposed between the speaker and the case. The vibration attenuating member is closed to the speaker. A first supporting unit(31) is continuously formed along around the speaker. A vibration attenuating unit(35) includes first and second wings connected to the first supporting unit. A groove is formed between the first wing and the second wing. A plurality of second supporting units are formed in the groove of the vibration attenuating unit. The second supporting unit are arranged to be separated from each other.
