Zusammenfassung:	A cylindrical secondary battery is provided to prevent movement of a jelly roll-like electrode assembly, thereby preventing the internal resistance of a cylindrical battery from being increased by external impact. A cylindrical secondary battery(100) comprises a jelly roll-like electrode assembly(120), and a cylindrical can(110) for housing the electrode assembly, wherein at least one flow-preventing portion(111) is formed on the inner surface of the cylindrical can. The flow-preventing portion comprises a rib formed along at least one direction of the longitudinal direction, circumferential direction or oblique direction of the cylindrical can.
