PLASMA DISPLAY DEVICE

A plasma display apparatus is provided to enhance work efficiency by connecting a scan driving board and scan electrodes through a signal line without using a driving board installation process. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel(11), a chassis base(17), and driving boards(15). The plasma display panel displays images through the gas discharge of discharge cells formed along cross sections between scan and address electrodes. The chassis base supports the plasma display panel. The driving boards, which include circuit elements formed a substrate, apply driving signals to the plasma display panel. Each of the driving boards includes a scan driving board(315) and a driver IC(Integrated Circuit)(41). The scan driving board generates scan pulses for selecting the discharge cells to be turned on. The driver IC, which connects the scan electrodes and the scan driving board, sequentially delivers the scan pulse to the scan electrode.
