CHOKING DETECTION DEVICE OF TRIPPER CHUTE

A choking detection device of a tripper chute is provided to reduce damage due to choking of the tripper chute by promptly detecting piling of materials in the tripper chute to stop a belt conveyer. A choking detection device of a tripper chute(200) includes a rotary shaft(220), a floating unit(230), a support unit, and a detection unit. The rotary shaft is installed at one side of the tripper chute, and both sides thereof are partially exposed outside the tripper chute. One end of the floating unit is coupled with the rotary shaft, and the other end thereof is protrusively formed inside the tripper chute. The floating unit rotates the rotary shaft by receiving external force at the other end thereof. The support unit partially supports the both ends of the rotary shaft. The detection unit, which includes a sensor(252) and a rod(250), is installed at one end of the rotary shaft to detect a rotation of the rotary shaft and generates a signal to control driving of a conveyer belt according to the rotation of the rotary shaft.
