BRAKING PRESSURE CONTROL METHOD OF BRAKE TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM

A method for controlling braking pressure of a brake traction control system is provided to preventing hunting caused by limited slip differential by restricting excess braking pressure from being exerted to a wheel on inclined surface such as a hill. A method for controlling braking pressure of a brake traction control system comprises the steps: starting a TCS(traction control system) control if slip is sensed by slip rate and wheel acceleration of a wheel of a driving vehicle, and stopping the TCS control if the slip is annulled; keep controlling the TCS in accordance with braking pressure periodically measured while controlling the TCS, or computing intensity of braking pressure exerted to the wheel by calculating running time of a pump motor and a valve, discharge amount per minute of a pump, and volume of a wheel cylinder for controlling the TCS; counting the running time of the pump motor and the valve since a predetermined judging point for measuring increasing rate of the braking pressure; judging unstableness of the wheel caused by excess braking pressure and reducing unstableness of the wheel by adjusting inclination of braking pressure; and controlling the motor and the valve synchronously until unstableness of the wheel is annulled, and continuously detecting speed of the driving vehicle and repeatedly controlling the TCS as it needed.
