Zusammenfassung:	A cylindrical secondary battery is provided to prevent the flowing of a jelly roll-type electrode assembly, thereby preventing the separation of the adhered part of a negative electrode tap and a positive electrode tap or the decrease of the adhered area. A cylindrical secondary battery(100) comprises a jelly roll-type electrode assembly(120); a cylindrical can(110) which accommodates the jelly roll-type electrode assembly; and a winding terminal(128) of the electrode assembly, wherein it comprises further a finishing tape(130) which is provided with at least one partially thick stopper part(131) formed on the surface, is in contact with the internal surface of the cylindrical can, and surrounds at least some part of the side part of the electrode assembly.
