KOREAN MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR EXTRACTING FUZZY TERMS FROM QUERY

A Korean morpheme analysis system for extracting fuzzy terms from a query is provided to construct a knowledge base using fuzzy theory and support natural word retrieval to allow users having no knowledge about a domain to conduct query composed of every-day language. A Korean morpheme analysis system for extracting fuzzy terms from a query includes a dictionary, morpheme access information and a morpheme analysis engine. The dictionary includes a system dictionary, a fuzzy term dictionary, a user dictionary, a stopword dictionary and a pre-analysis dictionary. When an optimal Korean word is inputted, the pre-analysis dictionary is referred. When the pre-analysis dictionary includes the optimal Korean word, a previously analyzed morpheme is output as a result. When the optimal Korean work is not included in the pre-analysis dictionary, morpheme analysis performed on the optimal Korean word.
