Zusammenfassung:	A teflon-silicone laminate film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve bonding strength between a teflon substrate and a silicone rubber markedly. A teflon-silicone laminate film includes: a teflon substrate of which the surface has reactive functional groups formed through plasma treatment; a silane coupling agent capable of chemical bonding with the reactive functional groups; and a silicone rubber which contains the silane coupling agent and is applied onto the teflon substrate. The silane coupling agent has a structure of the following formula 1, wherein R1 is hydrogen or a vinyl group, and R2-R4 are a C1-18 alkyl group, or a C3-18 alkyl group having an epoxy group at the terminal.
