Zusammenfassung:A molding method of a pastry for a pizza and a device for the same are provided to minimize generation of gap by making a blade of the cutting/molding device for a pastry of a pizza have a minimum contact part. In a cutting/molding device for a pastry of a pizza, a cutting knife is constituted to have a cylindrical shape or an oval shape that has a predetermined size. When the structure of the cutting knife is viewed in a side direction, it is formed in a curved shape having a predetermined size. When the pastry is cut by letting the cylindrical knife come into contact with the bottom surface, the pastry is cut while the knife is pressured to come into contact with the bottom surface concentrically and gradually in one part of the pastry. Handles are formed on both sides of a frame of the blade.
