METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BAMBOO MAT AND BAMBOO MAT PRODUCED THEREOF

A bamboo mat manufacturing method and a bamboo mat produced by the same are provided to produce the colored bamboo mat without a dyeing process by expressing the natural red color on bamboos through a sand filling type heat treatment process. A bamboo mat manufacturing method comprises: a pretreatment step for sorting out good bamboos, removing foreign materials, and trimming the outside(S100); a cutting step for cutting the bamboos in the predetermined length and removing the inner parts of each bamboo joint(S110); a sand filling step for filling the inside of the cut bamboo with sand(S120); a heat-treatment step for burying plural bamboos in a sand kiln and heating the sand kiln(S130); a bamboo unit piece processing step for cutting the bamboo having natural red color, in the predetermined width and flatly processing the surface and the back side by removing the outer part of bamboo(S140); and a bamboo mat finishing step for arranging and bonding bamboo unit pieces on a bottom sheet and completing the bamboo mat by sewing the rim of the mat with a finishing material(S150).
