A pixel electrode(113) is formed by being expanded from the drain electrode to the pixel region. A semiconductor film pattern(125) covers the source electrode and the drain electrode. A first insulating film pattern covers the semiconductor film pattern, and is opened at a region where the pixel electrode is formed. A gate electrode(141) is formed on the first insulating film pattern by diverging from the gate line, overlapped partially at the horizontal plane about the source electrode and the drain electrode.
