Zusammenfassung:	A backlight assembly is provided to form recesses at a reflector and a diffuser and locate lamps with shock-absorbers between the reflector and the diffuser to reduce vibration and impact effectively which are applied to the lamps and prevent the lamps from being damaged. A backlight assembly includes a diffuser(130), a lamp(140) and a reflector(150). The diffuser diffuses light and includes a recess(135) formed on the bottom face thereof. The lamp is located under the diffuser and generates the light. The reflector is arranged under the lamp and includes a lamp insertion part(155) corresponding to the recess of the diffuser.
