Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing a metal standing pole with a sheet for preventing illegal advertisement and the metal standing pole are provided to preclude the sheet from being unstable on the pole by bonding an illegal advertisement attachment preventing surface temporarily and covering the surface with a fixing jig. A street lamp containing an illegal advertisement prohibiting sheet installation groove(21) in which an illegal advertisement prohibiting sheet(10), or a metal standing pole(20) on lawn is molded. An illegal advertisement attachment preventing surface(12), formed by printing an advertisement draft or spraying bead, is formed at the front of the sheet. The sheet has a forming adhesive(13) with viscosity bonded when applied by heat of a fixed jig(30). A separation paper(14) is detached, and the sheet is temporarily bonded to the pole. The sheet, temporarily bonded at the groove, is covered with the fixed jig. The adhesive is temporarily softened by heat from a heating body(31) to mount the sheet on the pole.
