Zusammenfassung:	A display device is provided to minimize the light interference between a display panel and a prism sheet and to prevent the moire phenomenon from generating. A light source member(100) provides the light beam to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(600). A prism sheet(200) condenses the light from the light source member and provides the condensed light to the LCD panel. Plural prisms are formed on the upper surface of the prism sheet and condenses the light from the light source member. The prisms have a triangular prism shape and are contacted with each other. Each prism has two slanted surfaces and the isolated distances of the mountain between adjacent prisms are the same. Plural pixel areas, as the basic unit for display an image, are defined at the LCD panel. Each pixel area is constructed by the light transmission area and the light interception area.
