Zusammenfassung:	A lamp holder and a backlight assembly using the same are provided to improve productivity of the backlight assembly by using an integrated lamp holder structure which can fix plural lamps with left and right holders. Plural light-emitting lamps(115) are arranged in series, and are fixed by an integrated lamp holder(100) which is engaged to left and right ends of each light-emitting lamp to protect an electrode portion of the lamp. Plural optical sheets(119), diffusing light and improving brightness of the light and a viewing angle, are provided on a lamp assembly(200) having the lamp holder. A cover bottom(117) is provided under the lamp assembly to fix and support the lamp assembly. A reflective plate(121) is interposed between the lamp assembly and the cover bottom to upwardly reflect the light which is downwardly emitted from the lamps.
