Zusammenfassung:	A supporter for a display device is provided to remove a protective cover and decrease a working period by fixing the supporter with an engaging bolt from the outside while inserting the supporter to a display body. A supporter for a display device comprises a slot groove(112), a fixing plate(122), and an engaging bolt(130). The slot groove is vertically formed at a body of the display device. The fixing plate formed at the upper end of the supporter is fitted into the slot groove. The engaging bolt perpendicular to the slot groove engages the fixing plate with the slot groove. The slot groove and the fixing plate have the section of a U type. The engaging bolt is engaged with an engaging boss formed at the body of the display device to be passed through the fixing plate. Consequently, manufacturing cost is reduced by installing the engaging bolt for engaging the fixing plate with the slot groove.
