Zusammenfassung:	A laver drying apparatus capable of creating the most desirable dry condition by supplying a hot wind with differentiated temperature and blowing speed by transport distance is provided to achieve optimal laver taste and obtains uniform temperature using an electric heater without a burner as a heat source. In a laver drying apparatus(100) comprising a laver drying room(110) and a heating part(120), the laver drying room and heating part are blocked off by a barrier wall(130) containing a hot wind inlet(131) and a hot wind outlet(132). A blast fan(121) and an electric heater(122) are formed at the upper part and lower part of the heating part respectively to circulate heated air into the laver drying room and heating part.
