Zusammenfassung: | An interior panel for a vehicle and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve durability due to strong tensile force and strength by making a base material of a thin sheet produced by weaving fibers in a grid form. An interior panel(10) for a vehicle has a triple-layered structure. The triple-layered structure is composed of: a cushioning material(11) made of EPP(Expanded Polypropylene) foam and a pair of base materials(13,13a) stacked on the upper and lower sides of the cushioning material. The base material is a thin sheet formed by weaving PP(Polypropylene) fibers in a grid form. An interior panel manufacturing method comprises the steps of: inserting a pair of base materials into a lower preheating press and preheating the base materials by pressing an upper preheating press at pressure of 30~100 tons; stacking the cushioning material between the preheated base materials and then transferring the stacked materials to a mold; and molding the materials for 1~2 minutes by pressing the upper mold at pressure of 1~3kg/cm^2 until temperature of the materials transferred to the mold reaches 25~35‹C. |
