GRILL ASSEMBLY AND USING METHOD THEREOF

A grill assembly and a method for using the same are provided to ventilate properly by installing a first fan and a second fan for maintaining an air curtain of constrained air. A grill assembly comprises an air curtain of constrained air streaming horizontally, a surface for cooking, a heating source(20), and at least one fan. The surface for cooking is placed lower than the air curtain of the constrained air. The heating source discharges heat from the lower part of the surface for cooking. The one fan maintains the air curtain of the constrained air and has a first fan(30) supplying air to the discharging manifold, and a second fan(40) sucking air through the suction manifold. The air curtain of the constrained air streams between a discharging manifold and a suction manifold. A filter filters air sucked through the suction manifold. A device for cooling air sucked through the suction manifold is also included.
