DECORATION SHEET USING NON-WOVEN FABRIC AND PROCESS THEREOF

A decoration sheet using a non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to improve productivity by preventing the sheet from being damaged during a second processing step and to apply the decoration sheet even for a membrane vacuum forming process by using the non-woven fabric as a base layer. A decoration sheet(100) is composed of: a base layer(140) made of a non-woven fabric; a sheet layer(110) formed on the base layer and made of transparent or semi-transparent plastic; a film layer(130) formed between the base layer and the sheet layer by thermal fusion and made of polymer matter; and a print layer(120) formed in one region of the upside of the sheet layer, between the sheet layer and the film layer, and between the film layer and the base layer. The polymer matter consists of LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene), LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene), thermoplastic polyurethane, EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), PP(Polypropylene), or the mixture thereof.
