DRAWING MILD DEVICE

A drawing mold device is provided to employ first and second cushion units to adjust a cushion pressure twice when forming a product, so that molding quality is ensured, and driving time is greatly increased. An upper member(11) is fixed to a slider. A moving bolster is installed in a bed. A lower member(40) is fixed to a moving bolster to support a blank holder(23). The moving bolster is mounted on a bed. A firs cushion unit lifts the blank holder at the lower portion of the moving bolster. The lower member is split into a lower punch and a double-acting punch. The lower punch is fixed to the moving bolster, and the double-acting punch is installed around the lower punch such that the double-acting punch is lifted. The second cushion unit(50) is installed at the lower portion of the double-acting punch of the moving bolster. A cam slide rotates in synchronization with a fly wheel, and includes a cam angle sensor. A controller receives the output signal of the cam angle sensor to control the first and second cushion units.
