Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a microfluid system, comprising a microchannel structure for the passage of fluids and a further channel structure separated from the microstructure by means of at least one separating wall for the passage of a heat transfer fluid. According to the invention, the risk of internal leakage in the microfluid system can be recognised in time, by separation of the microchannel structure (2) from a cavity (12) at at least one point by a further separating wall (11), said separating wall (11) being at least locally weaker than the separating wall (8) between the microchannel structure (2) and the further channel structure (5) and said cavity (12) is connected to a detector device (14) for detection of ingressing fluid. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
