A plasma display device, and a method and an apparatus for driving the same are provided to decrease a manufacturing cost of the display device by using a transistor with a low withstand voltage in a sustain discharge driving circuit. A scan IC(411) includes first and second input terminals. Plural first output terminals of the scan IC is connected to the respective first electrodes. During an address period, the scan IC selectively applies the voltage on the second input terminal to the corresponding first electrodes. A first transistor(YH) is connected between the first input terminal and a first terminal of a first capacitor. A second transistor(YL) is connected between the second input terminal and a first terminal of a second capacitor. A first inductor(Ly1) includes a first terminal connected to the first and second input terminals of the scan IC, and a second terminal connected to a first voltage source. A second inductor(Ly2) includes a first terminal connected to a junction between the first and second capacitors, and a second terminal connected to a second voltage source.
