Zusammenfassung:	A device for leading out, fixing and/or inserting a cable-guided communication buoy is provided to maintain a float position of the communication buoy in a sea by coupling a submarine to the communication buoy with a cable. A device with a cable(4) coupling a submarine(1) to a communication buoy(2) for leading out, fixing and/or inserting the cable-guided communication buoy from the submarine comprises a float(5). The float is provided to the cable to be spaced to a buoy end of the cable. Distance between the float and the buoy corresponds to an interval between waves generated continuously in a sea where the submarine is in a voyage.
