Zusammenfassung:	A fastening apparatus of an exhaust manifold is provided to prevent a nut from being released and to prevent gas from leaking by inserting a rotation preventive bolt in a threaded hole formed in a stud. A fastening apparatus of an exhaust manifold comprises a stud(15), a nut(17), and a rotation preventive bolt(20). The stud has a threaded hole(18) formed at the center thereof. The rotation preventive bolt is driven into the threaded hole of the stud. Once the nut is fastened to the stud, the rotation preventive bolt is driven into the threaded hole in the reverse direction with respect to the fastening direction of the stud.
