PAINT COMPOSITION USING TERRA ALBA AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A method for preparing a paint by using white terra alba is provided to adsorb harmful materials and to obtain antibacterial effect, anion emitting effect and fungicidal effect by applying the paint as a finishing material of construction. A method for preparing a paint by using terra alba comprises the steps of putting 20-40 wt% of a silver ion water, 10-30 wt% of potassium silicate or lithium silicate and 5-10 wt% of a water-soluble acrylic emulsion to a reaction container and stirring it with a constant stirring velocity for 30 min to prepare an adhesive; adding 1-2 wt% of a dispersant, 2-3 wt% of an antifoaming agent and 1-2 wt% of an anti-settling agent to it and stirring it with a constant stirring velocity for 30 min; and adding 40-60 wt% of terra alba, 3-6 wt% of tourmaline and 3-6 wt% of titanium dioxide to it and stirring it with a constant stirring velocity for 60 min.
