Zusammenfassung:	A display panel is provided to change a thickness of a polarizer plate by changing a thickness of a passivation layer, thereby preventing defective attachment of a polarizer plate, caused by thin thickness of the polarizer plate. A first polarizer plate(230) is attached to a first surface of a display panel and polarizes light. A second polarizer plate(220) is attached to a second surface of the display panel and polarizes the light. A first passivation layer(210) is formed at one surface of the first polarizer plate. A second passivation layer(110) is formed at one surface of the second polarizer plate, and has a thickness different from that of the first passivation layer. The first polarizer plate further includes a phase-difference film(170) and the first passivation layer has a thickness greater than that of the second passivation layer.
