POROUS IMPLANT FIXTURE WITH MULTIPLICITY SHAPES

A porous implant fixture having various shapes and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to obtain a dental implant fixture consisting of porous layers having numberless pores that increases its surface area. A manufacturing method of a porous implant fixture having various shapes includes: a titanium powder classifying step of preparing titanium or titanium alloy powder according to sizes; a forming mold manufacturing step of making a desired shape by processing the inside of a quartz pipe; a pre-sintering step of inserting a fixture core into the quartz pipe, injecting classified titanium or titanium alloy powder around the fixture core, raising the temperature to a predetermined level in a high vacuum furnace, maintaining the temperature for a predetermined time and then cooling; and a final sintering step of removing the quartz pipe and performing second sintering.
