Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing a door of a front loading washing machine is provided to reduce weight of a door and to improve durability of the door by injection-molding a plastic and manufacturing the door. A method for manufacturing a door of a front loading washing machine comprises the steps: selecting a resin of a door(S1); processing a door mold for each front loading washing machine according to the selected property values for each of resins(S2); mounting the door drum in a 550 t injection molding machine and progressing an injection molding process for manufacturing a transparent member of the door with 70~80% transparency(S3); cooling off the door member under 60~80 degree C for 2~4 hours(S4); coating the cool downed transparent member with one of a teflon or UV(S5); adhering the transparent member of the door with a conventional protecting cover and ultrasonic welding method(S6); and mounting the transparent member and the protecting cover to a door cover(S7).
