Zusammenfassung:An orally administering pharmaceutical composition comprising sarpogrelate is provided to minimize the impurities generation rate during the storage, thereby capable of maintaining excellent chemical stability. An orally administering pharmaceutical composition comprises sarpogrelate or a salt thereof, 0.5-10 wt.% of polyvinylacetate as a binding agent, and 0.5-10 wt.% of calcium stearate as a lubricant. The composition further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, disintegrant, or stabilizer.
