Zusammenfassung:	A chopper duty control method is provided to stably generate braking force even in a dead section by preventing over voltage and low voltage from occurring through uniform DC-link voltage in a braking mode in the dead section. A chopper duty control method comprises the steps of: subtracting chopper reference voltage from DC-link voltage in a braking mode in a dead section and detecting subtracted voltage; determining a chopper duty to uniformly maintain the DC-link voltage based on the detected subtracted voltage by a PI(Proportional-Integral) controller(22); and outputting a braking chopper signal by a chopper duty generator(23) based on the determined chopper duty ratio.
