Zusammenfassung:A plastic heat exchanger and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to adhere a plastic heat exchange pipe to a header solidly through a heat fusing jig to improve the reliability of preventing leakage of a refrigerant. A plastic heat exchange pipe(5) is formed by extruding. The plastic heat exchange pipe adhere to a header(6). A joined part of the plastic heat exchange pipe and the header is melted and pressed by a heat fusing jig(8). The header adhered to the plastic heat exchanger pipe is adhered to a header cap. The adhered part of the plastic heat exchange pipe and the header has fusing beads(6a) melted by heat together with the plastic heat exchange pipe to solidify the combination, and melted matter inflow grooves(6b) formed along an outer peripheral surface of the fusing beads for introducing the melted matter that the adhered part of the plastic heat exchange pipe and the header is melted.
