A break tab of an orifice plate(12) comprises a base portion connected to an end of the plate, a top portion opposed to the base portion, a pair of side edges connecting the base portion and the top portion, and a concave portion formed in a portion connecting the side edge and the upper portion. The break tab is broken at a region of the concave portion.
