Zusammenfassung: | A transmembrane delivery peptide is provided to transport a target protein, nucleic acid or drug into a cell without immune responses by using the peptide derived from human, so that the bio-materials are transported to the cell safely. A transmembrane delivery peptide has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and is derived from human G protein alpha 12. A gene encoding the transmembrane delivery peptide has the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2. A recombinant vector containing the transmembrane delivery peptide gene contains a gene encoding a target gene. A method for expressing the target protein fused with the transmembrane delivery peptide comprises the steps of: transforming a host microorganism with the recombinant vector; and in vitro culturing the transformant in a medium. The target protein is introduced by treating the culture medium containing a cell with the recombinant vector containing a gene encoding a target protein. |
