Zusammenfassung:	An air conditioner is provided to control humidification rate in air conditioning automatically and prevent load of air conditioning from increasing by installing a refrigerant circuit. An air conditioner comprises a refrigerant circuit(100a), a housing(23), a blowing fan(25), and an air sterilizing unit(5). The refrigerant circuit is contacted with a condenser(11), a four-way valve(13), an outdoor heat exchanger(14), and an indoor heat exchanger(24). The housing consists of a suction port and an extraction port of air and embeds the indoor heat exchanger. The blowing fan communicates air inside the housing from the suction port to the extraction port. The air sterilizing unit, which is placed in an air passage from the indoor heat exchanger to the extraction port, sterilizes the air by contacting liquid having sterilizing effect on the air heat transferred by the indoor heat exchanger. The air sterilizing unit also has a gas-liquid contact member and a liquid supplying unit.
