ORDER INTERMEDIARY SERVICE APPARATUS CAPABLE OF ELECOMMUTING ORDER RECEPTION

An order intermediary service device capable of supporting telecommuting order reception is provided to enable a telecommuting reception agent to process an order of an orderer easily, deliver an ordered article to the customer quickly by processing order reception quickly, and induce service use by providing mileage or premiums to the orderer. An order reception agent device receives the order with a first or second agent terminal, accumulates the mileage, and outputs order details when the orderer(10a-10n) gives the order by providing a mileage card number. An order detail transmitter transmits the received order details to a company(40a-40n) receiving the order if the order details are received from the order reception agent device. The first agent terminal is an inside agent terminal and the second agent terminal is a telecommuting agent terminal. The order reception agent device includes a mileage card server(24) accumulating the mileage by checking member information when a mileage accumulation request signal is received, and a call center(21). The call center receives the mileage card number and the order details by receiving a call of the orderer with the inside or telecommuting agent terminal, requests mileage accumulation to the mileage card server, and transmits the order details to the order detail transmitter.
