Zusammenfassung:	An anti-insect net for a vehicle with a curtain for shading is provided to improve external appearance of the vehicle and to prevent the anti-insect net from being detached from the vehicle when the vehicle runs at a high speed. An anti-insect net for a vehicle with a curtain for shading comprises an inner cover and an outer cover(10) that form a cover body. The cover body has an opened bottom portion such that the inner cover and the outer cover(10) are located at the inner and outer portions of a vehicle window frame, respectively. The outer cover(10) comprises a first rim cloth(11) sewed with the inner cover, an anti-insect net(15) and a first contact rim(13) sewed with the lower portion of the first rim cloth(11). The inner cover comprises a second rim cloth sewed with the outer cover(10), a shading curtain and a second contact rim. The outer cover(10) is formed with a recess(17) through which a side mirror passes. An elastic band(17a) is sewed with the recess(17).
