STATIC SHIFT SHOCK REDUCING METHOD

A static shift shock reducing method is provided to mitigate the static shift shock by operating an ABS brake and preventing the movement of wheels of a vehicle due to the transmission of driving force. A static shift shock reducing method includes the steps of: transmitting a static shift signal from a TCU to an ABS module when operating a static shift lever; detecting the speed of a vehicle and deciding the stopping state of the vehicle at the ABS module; operating an ABS brake when the vehicle stops at the ABS module that decides that the vehicle stops; transmitting a static shift completion signal to the ABS module when static shift is completed at a TCU that detects whether the static shift is completed; and releasing the ABS brake at the ABS module that receives the static shift completion signal.
