INLET BALANCE MAINTAINING APPARATUS

A device for maintaining an inlet balance is provided to prevent a slip phenomenon which is generated at an exterior thereof, by maintaining the inlet balance by controlling an inlet of a material according to a sensing signal of a sensor unit. A device for maintaining an inlet balance comprises a sensor unit(30), variable bead(20), a driving unit(40), and a control unit(50). The sensor unit senses a difference between left and right inlet balances of a trunk part. The variable bead is fixed and rotated at a left side which an inlet of a material is controlled easily according to a sensing signal of the sensor unit. The driving unit fixes and rotates the variable beads normally and inversely. The control unit controls the sensor unit and the driving unit and maintains the left and right balances regularly. The sensor unit includes an insert sensor(12) and a bead sensor(14). The insert sensor is positioned inside a mold(10) to sense a slip phenomenon. The bead sensor is installed at left and right sides of the variable bead to sense left and right inlet force of the material according to a signal sensed by the insert sensor.
